TAWANI's property management division offers a wide range of residential and commercial services. Our property management businesses are within two companies that were created to manage our property portfolio. J&J Arnaco, headquartered in Chicago’s Loop, manages the corporate office at the Monroe Building. Rogers Park Vintage Management, in Chicago’s North side, focuses on both residential and commercial properties throughout the Chicagoland area.

Restoration and property management require a dedicated commitment. We take pride in offering a safe, healthy space that is also aesthetically pleasing and will meet the needs of our tenants.

J&J Arnaco is a TAWANI Enterprises, Inc. company that manages The Monroe Building, located on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. The Monroe Building has undergone a full gut restoration and has been brought back to life similar to when it was first built in 1912. Today, it is a functioning office building ready for the modern day world.
